Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Tensas Parish Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email sent to us as needed to respond. The message remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically

Tensas Parish Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Its published material explains how to reach the Tensas Parish Sheriff, the Sixth Judicial District Court and Clerk, Louisiana State Police, Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information, and the State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal record.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes displayed here. Information submitted through a box is governed by that provider’s privacy policy rather than this policy. Each partner controls its retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before running a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to a sheriff, court, Louisiana agency, legal-aid organization, or outside search service. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Read that policy before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use cross-site activity to select targeted advertising. That processing occurs through their systems.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
